Kickoff Meeting: Reviewing the platform core concepts, identify the user, identify AARRR metrics, identify key user experiences, disseminate tasks.

Interviews: Our team will be reaching out to individual users and other stakeholders to understand their needs and experience to improve the functionality of the app.

Modifications Meetings: You will meet with our team multiple times to review low fidelity and high fidelity versions of what your app will look like. That way we finalize the look and feel before we start building or modifying your app.

Training Meetings: A MilkCrate representative will explain to your staff or users how the Admin and app work so everyone understands how to use the tool.

Marketing Meetings: Our team will review your app and marketing approach and assist with some asset creation but most marketing duties will rest on your staff.

Report Meetings: Our team will review how your app is performing when it comes to the AARRR metrics, key user scenario metrics, and user feedback. We will inform you what area we believe you should focus on and then provide some suggestions on how to improve.

Additional Services Meetings: You may be interested in any of our additional services. We will meet to finalize the work being done.
