Graphical User Interfaces

Master Admin: Where we can add new communities, and check the over all health of communities.

Customer Admin: Where customers can manipulate and view data from their community.

MilkCrate for Communities App (iOS & Android): This is where all communities can be accessed by end users before a customers app is launched.

Branded Customer App (iOS & Android): This is where a specific community is accessible for branding and search optimization.

The difference between MilkCrate for Communities App & a Branded Customer App

1. The branding (in the app store and hard coded into the app) is ours.

2. There is a community code requirement for MilkCrate for Communities that is not on Branded Customer Apps.

The difference between iOS & Android apps

1. The store to download apps is only accepted by certain phone types

2. Some features like location services and push notifications rely on the hardware & software available on the certain type of phone.

3. Our universal app code is compiled into different languages so you might see an issue in one phone type and not another.
