How To Find The Version Inside The App

In order to find out which version of the app you currently have, go to the App Menu by clicking on the bottom right of the screen navigation bar. Then, scroll down to the end of the screen and click on Settings (see image below).

Next, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the Settings screen and you will find the app information. The version of the app that you are on is displayed here as well (see image below).

This is an important step in the Troubleshooting process. If you are having problems with the app, we recommend looking at the app version to:

  • make sure that you have the newest version available, since older versions might be the reason why you are having troubles with the app
  • report to MilkCrate support (support@milkcrate.tech) for our developers to take a look at the issues you are having: this would require you to provide your device information and your app version as well. More details here: Submitting Feedback from the App.
