Impact = Metric + Structure + Encouragement

Impact = Metric + Structure + Encouragement

What is Impact?

Every one of our customers is mission-driven, this means their organization is pursuing a greater purpose other than monetary gain. Typically the focus is on improving a specific metric from the Quality of Life Scale inside a subset of the population. BUT the metric won't change UNLESS the customer provides structure and encouragement for individuals who contribute to changing this metric.

Metrics to Track

Typically we ask customers....

"How do you impact the world?"

"How do you measure it?"

"What is the current status?"

A new customer Carrie Steel Pitts let us know their metric to track the number of middle school students in sports, specifically in Western Atlanta.  Here are some examples of metrics a customer might be looking to improve.

Functionality & Structure

Without structure and content, our customers would only be proclaiming they want to make a difference. Most customers come to us with existing programs and learning materials that are already being used to help them meet their mission. Our duty is to ensure all programs and relevant content is transferred over to our platform to concentrate the efforts of program managers.

Here are the main functionalities our platform can facilitate

  • Learning Management: Our platform can provide structure and storage for learning initiatives that involve reading, watching, listening to information. This content can be accessed and accomplished by users independently or as a part of a program.
  • Event/Calendar Management: Our platform can facilitate the registration and check-in for meetings, volunteering opportunities, webinars/workshops. This includes recurring events and events with capacity limits. The calendar can be utilized to display anything from general save the dates to program required events.
  • Volunteer Management: Our platform can facilitate the registration and check-in for volunteering events as well as reflections and submissions related to volunteering. This includes the capability to push opportunities to volunteers based on interest and qualifications. The platform can track anything from independent volunteering to major volunteer events.
  • Submission/Recording Management: Our platform can facilitate complex behavior tracking like project submissions, material comprehension, volunteering endeavors, and personal reflections. This can be paired well with any of our other activity types, as a requirement for program participation, or on its own.
  • Online Social Community Management: Our platform can facilitate the socialization of community members through direct message, posting, and interacting with other posts and app content. This is great for combining social interaction with other management tools offered in the platform.
  •  Program Participation Management: Our platform can facilitate the setting and meeting of participation expectations. This is great for programs that have a set duration, capacity limit, or leader. Users can complete onboarding, register and check-in for recurring meetings, review materials presented, and submit reflections.
