Kick-Off Meeting

What the customer should do to prepare:

  • Think about who should be the main user of your app
  • What should your user be able to do within the app
  • Start collecting all events, surveys, and other content that should be uploaded to the app

 

Who should attend:

  • Whoever will be responsible for the app at your organization
  • Any designers at your organization
  • MilkCrate Designer
  • MilkCrate Customer Support Representative

 

What will be covered:

  • About Your Organization: Our team would love to hear a little about your organization
  • User Information: Who is your intended user and can you tell us a little bit about them.
  • Key User Scenarios: What are the scenarios a user should be able to complete using the app, for example signing up for classes. We will run through a brief exercise to agree on the key user scenarios. (view the Key User Scenarios article for more information)
  • AARRR Metrics: We will review the metrics that we will use moving forward to track general app success. (view the AARRR Metrics article for more information)
  • Maintenance: We will review the checklist of behaviors your team will be responsible for after the app launches. (view the Maintenance article for more information)
  • Next Steps
    • Developer Accounts: Your team is responsible for setting up your Google Play and Apple developer handoffs. (see the Developer Accounts article for more information)
    • Content Handoff: Your team is responsible for sending over any content you want to be included in the app or taken into consideration for the layout of the app. (see the Content Handoff article for more information)
    • Asset Handoff: Your team is responsible for sending over all design asset files .ai .svg .png .jpg  or .pdf (see the Asset Handoff article for more information)
    • Weekly Reminders: Our team will send you weekly reminders about the tasks stated above.
    • Wire Frame: Our designer will create a wireframe of what your app will look like (see the Design  Support article for more information)
    • Interview: With permission, our designer will set up interviews with potential users to gain feedback about the designs and key user scenarios. (see Interviews article for more information)
