New Customer Launch Check-List

This is a step by step guide to transforming your program into an engaging app, using the MilkCrate platform.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Structure: Confirming what features you will use, how you categorize your content, and what information you would like to gather about users

  • Content & Engagement Tactics: Using the Admin to fill out the structure of your app with engaging and content and behaviors users can complete

  • App Store Materials: Preparing your app for submission to the app store (importance of developer application)

  • Feedback: Getting feedback from potential users and making alterations

  • Launch Materials: Announcing that you have an app

  • Reflection & Maintenance: Reflecting on user activity & maintain your app

 

Establishing your timeline & checkins

  • Launch Date: a goal set to have your app up and running, ready for users to download

  • Initial Submission (45 days before launch): this is the very last day when steps 1-4 are due so we can send your app for review and approval for Apple and Google Play

  • Final Submission (16 days before launch): this is the very last day when any alterations to steps 2 and 4 can be submitted so our developers have time to make the alterations

  • Bi-Weekly Check-ins: what time works for weekly check-ins? These will continue until your app is out on the market for a month. Please come prepared by completing any tasks requested from your Customer Support Associate.

How to prepare for bi-weekly check-ins

Every time you meet with our team you should have a firm grasp on what step of the 6 step process you are currently tackling. Please be sure to read and be prepared to discuss the next step. The sooner you complete all 6 steps the faster we can get your app in the hands of your customers.
