If a customer is making wishful statements or demanding statements about how they desire the platform to function this is an EXCELLENT time to upsell or suggest a workaround. It takes time and a lot of research to build a new feature properly and our team might build that feature in the future for the good of the platform but we would prefer if the customer raised the funds. Plus you will get a commission.

1. Write it in the Customer Use Case Notes

2. Create a ticket in Hubspot (for further processing)

3. Remind the customer in the post-meeting email that we have recorded the request and they can always let us know if they want to see pricing.
