Here at MilkCrate we are dedicated to bringing 21st-century program participation tracking to all nonprofits. Every new feature and improvement we develop has been hand-picked to ensure it helps the most customers.

What is Provided in the Standard Contract?
THE MILKCRATE PLATFORM PROVIDES…

  • A white-labeled app: for program participants to download available for both iOS and Android.

  • Customer Support Sessions: Weekly meetings leading up to the launch of your app and monthly meetings post-launch to aid in evaluation and alterations based on the current functionality of the platform. This includes alterations to your app’s home screen structure and displays in the app store.

  • The Admin Panel: to add/remove content and to track the impact of the program

  • Optional Think Tank Sessions: to better understand your long term programmatic needs and to collect desired platform functionality feedback for features that are on deck for alterations.

  • New feature releases: based on the roadmap which takes into consideration all submitted feature requests. The roadmap is prioritized by what would benefit the most customers.



NOT INCLUDED, PAID DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS

“Platform Enhancement”: a requested new specific feature that is charged at a discounted rate because we see that it will serve the good of the whole customer base billed at $100 an hour.

“Bespoke Development”: a desired alteration to the platform that is not on the roadmap this will include defining the scope of work and providing an estimate of delivery that is not going to be in the interests of the larger customer base billed at $200 an hour.

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Data Entry”: A MilkCrate staff person can be hired on an hourly basis to enter in or alter data on your behalf at a rate of $25 an hour

“Brand Development”: A designer can be hired to help create assets or redesign assets on your behalf at a rate of $50 an hour.

“Data Analysis”: A Data Analyst will formulate based on your data evaluation needs custom charts and exports that will always display live data. It would be $1,000 for the initial set up and $50 an hour for additional requests.
