AARRR Metrics

AARRR Metrics

Your team is in charge of understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your app. These metrics will help us to isolate for improvement and further iteration.

  • Acquisition: The ratio of individuals who should download the app, ie your target population, to actual accounts made in the app.
  • Activation: These are users that not only created accounts but started to use the app during the first week of creating an account.
  • Retention: This is tracking user engagement after the first week. Which users are staying engaged?
  • Referral: This is the likely hood that your users will refer other users to download the app. This isn't always applicable.
  • Revenue: This is the time saving of your team, revenue generated from the app, or grants given based on data derived from the app.
