Q: Who should I write down as the developer?
A: You should use the name of your organization!
Q: How long should the process take?
A: No more than a week if you have your DUNs number. If there seem to be any other hold-ups on either of your developer accounts that last more than a week you will need to call their support team. Be persistent! Try to get in contact with Apple or Google through the developer portal.
Q: What should I do if I get a message like "The account owner needs to verify their identity" on my Google Developer Account?
A: The primary account holder will have to work on this. Be persistent and keep trying to contact the support team at Google. I have included a link to our team talking with Google Play Staff.
You will occasionally be requested by Apple or Google to sign new App Developer agreements.
